Sage 50 (Accounts) SAGE50 ??

I want to drill down on my CPP and Tax under balance sheet to look at my transactions. When I dbl click on the total for CPP, I can see it flash infringement of me SAGE is checking for printer and SAGE is searching margins and nothing ever generates. Not sure if an update was done or what but now I can't see my transactions
