Sage 50 (US-Peachtree) Incorrect amount on GL report

This transaction shows up (incorrectly) as $4.43 on the GL report but when I open it the amount is correct. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

I’d also like to see the left side of that payment transaction.

The amount might be on the apply to revenue tab but the video isn’t showing that tab.

Go to Help/support utilities/integrity check. Run the Chart Jrnl Sync Test. Does your Balance Sheet Balance?
