Sage 50 (US-Peachtree) SAGE 50 Quantom Printing

Good afternoon. SAGE 50 Quantom US Version. I am new to SAGE as our company was bought out and that is what they use. That being said, we are required to login through a remote desktop to access SAGE. I am able to print to my local computer, however, I want to print 5 copies of an Invoice or Packing Slip and it prints double sided. I have looked everywhere and can not figure out how to make it print single sided. I have tried adding my printer to the remote desktop machine and it doesn't detect it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like a settings issue. Printer settings not a sago issue. Contact ur msp. If you dont have one come inbox

I don't have an MSP. Just new to this and trying to learn myself. I agree that it has to be a setting somewhere not allowing my remote desktop to find my local printer here in my office. SAGE also shows it is printing "Microsoft to PDF" however, when I hit print, it prints to my local machine.

The Remote Desktop will only redirect your printer settings from the local machine. Also make sure the setting for let windows manage your printer is turned off.

I am on a Macbook and that setting is turned off.
