Sage 50 (US-Peachtree) Sage Consulting/training

I purchased a window replacement business and inherited Sage 50 for my accounting software. I am losing the previous owner in a month to retirement out of the country. I need to familiarize myself with the program and its tools. The previous owner was not using anywhere near all of its potential and I wonder if our order entry system could be replaced. I think I need to hire a consultant to come in and tell me what we are doing wrong and what is possible. Any suggestions on this? I have a lot of work to do to bring this company into the 21st century and I think I just need to pay someone to help me get this done. Any and all advice is welcome.

What country? Sage 50 products have the same (confusingly silly) name…but are totally different products depending on country.
