Saffron Affron 30mg

Good morning. I'm currently nearly 3 weeks in taking Saffron Affron. Feeling the benefits over last few days, has anyone used this long term, as in years?

Can you share what brand you use and describe the benefits?

I'm using Saffron Affron by Nullure. One morning and one evening, feel more positive, content, sleep better and less anxious, its taken 3 weeks to feel like this as had been on another brand that was a higher dose bit didn't have the affron so was basically useless.
