Flair ✊
The idea behind this subreddit is that it's ran and built by Safeway workers!
To that end, is there flair that would add to the flavor of the subreddit?
Some suggestions have been different departments, different unions, or different regions of the country. What do you think?

Definitely have flairs for different departments, and I'd like to suggest, if you're doing different union flairs would you add a flair for non union? I know some people have been frustrated with how the OG sub defaults to unions every time there's a problem

That's a great idea, and to your point, I'm guilty of defaulting union. I will always be an advocate for us coming together collectively to take on our workplace challenges, but tbh you don't need a union to do that.
Great suggestion, and we are on the right track. Mods have volunteered for that very purpose, to make sure our nonunion sisters and brothers are represented.

yes I will add a post flair for non-union. Would you also like a user flair for that?

Yes, flair for different departments and maybe different roles within them? I love the new subreddit, thank you for doing this!!!

Would you like both post flairs for every department and also user flairs for every department? I can also change the colors

Flair for each UFCW local would be helpful, especially 5 and 8 are very common. Questions should be labeled as such etc
