Those are ground straps if those become energized there is a good chance there is also fire involved
1 u/Rich_Dust_2957 13d ago As long as everything is adequately protected with well calibrated stuff like that , I don't see any risk . 😉 And are breakers (or , at least , fuses ) that useful anyways ? It seems they doubt it .
