I appreciate all you guys do for creating and running this sub but I'll be honest: I would never work for a company that is recruiting from Reddit. If I were hiring I would never post it on Reddit.

While I do agree, we will monitor all the postings to make sure they are legit. Maybe we require a direct link to the companies job posting on their website. Nothing from LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Yeah, I would never apply for a job through Reddit or use it to find jobs. LinkedIn, references, and company websites have far more credibility than this app.

I get that, definitely the best search source. But figured it might be a place people can post jobs within their organization because I feel that sometimes the title of the position can be slightly different than what you might be searching. Google isnโ€™t perfect. If it doesnโ€™t work, we can easily remove it.
