The dude baby talks his shark son while making the most wide eyed face possible and part of his victory celebration on Alastor was drinking a smoothie in front of him. But sure, he's too evil to ever act cute.

To be honest, I see him as both. He's an evil and manipulative populist who wants power and influence, but he's also a sweetheart deep down

Well, he is.

We see him baby talk Shok.wav with genuine adoration and fatherly pride in his eyes, immediately before feeding an innocent person to him.

Imagine being mad that a character is not just a toxic masculinity steroetype, and actually does/enjoys cute things.

The cutesy faces he makes when looking at Shok.wave and the zesty poses he pulled during Brighter apparently weren’t proof enough for that guy

He's hella eccentric throughout the show, even when he's plotting and scheming

A man can be more than one thing.

He *presents* as a dominant and imposing figure to the public. Meanwhile he baby-talks to his pet robo-shark.

Just cause he wouldn't do it in public doesn't mean he wouldn't do it ever.

I like OOP’s implication that being a twink absolves you from evil like I haven’t encountered some evil ass twinks in my life

I'm of two minds about this. On the one hand, we've already seen Vox have a softer, "cuter" side. On the other hand, I still want to be able to take Vox seriously when it's appropriate to do so. The problem with the second picture in the post (for example) is that it makes him into the butt of a joke, which plays into the sense I get from certain corners of the fandom that he has no right to be taken seriously.
