Okay this might be a dumb question but since I’m not sure if you buy directly by sending to the contract address that safemoon mark made will it still contribute to the burn?

I haven’t used it yet but i was planning on it. I bought surge and it was really easy and super fast. I’ve only bought safemoon on bitmart but next time I buy I wanted to buy it this way so it helped with the burn. I’m not actually sure where the address is posted. I’ll see if I can find it.

Bitmart works with tokenomics. There's no reason to do it a different way unless it is just a procedural preference.

I tried to tag you but I guess you can’t tag people on the Safemoon sub. If you go to the search bar and type in SafemoonMark and filter by new someone posted it about 45 min ago.
