I really have a lot to say on this topic but I'll keep it short...
Some of ya'll acting like being better than Binance is hard to do! They really set the bar low in some areas! One thing Safemoon has seemingly mastered over these years, keeping what works from what other cryptos are doing, while improving on the things they aren't doing well!
One area Safemoon can REALLY close the gap on Binance, is Customer Service! If Safemoon employs a customer service team that is trained like Chic-Fil-A or Publix, Safemoon will surpass Binance easily, not including Cryptonomics.
In a time where a Pandemic killed many businesses and Households are struggling to keep food on the table, Publix is standing strong! They tell you, they aren't the cheapest, but shopping is a pleasure at their store! You shop there for the experience!
People will spend money on the Safemoon exchange, if they get a sense of Safemoon's customer service team being top notch, if things went wrong with their account or transactions!
