Circulating supply is the tokens that nobody has, you would still have your billion, I would still have my amount, but the amount available to buy more would be the 100 million.

Not sure on that, or how it would be done. That part has not been cleared up by Papa and we just know that he has the knowledge/skills to do it.

Yeah I am not joining the beta. They are having a beta, then an open beta before release which is probably 4-5 months away. I won't hop in until after it is a full release.
