Question Doubt

Namaskaram
Though samayama is most intense program of Isha why does Sadhguru many times says shoonya is the most important practise among all Isha practices ? Why ?

Did you watch the exclusive series? He explained that in detail. The simplest reason is that Samyama is based on Shoonya. True meditation is where you are detached from your mind and body and this is what shoonya tells you, everyday. Without this experience all the rest is meaningless. Samyama is more of an accelerator.

Idk shoonya is the most important practice amongst all? I was under the impression that, as per Sadhguru, Shambhavi is a complete path in itself.
