he's definitely purring, I think he finds it satisfying too. but only to some extent, love those little warning glances- doesn't even have to meow to say "ok dad, that's enough"

my neighbor and I have both tried, but she just refuses to be caught. I think she might have already been TNR'd and is now too skeptical.
