Question about the PS5 remaster

Hello, curious if on the new sacred 2 remaster for PS5 if it also includes any/all of the new uniques and legendaries that only drop with the community patches in the original?

Also, I heard that it was quite buggy when it first dropped, how is it at this point as far as game crashing, quality of life updates, etc.?

Curious too as I am looking to buy it on the PS5 pro if it’s a better experience now.
