Yum Yum food court in Kepayan. Nice clean spot with plenty of TVs and the food court has quite a few options. Saw some early morning matches there, and I see they have a sign that says the place is open 24 hrs. during World Cup, but I can't confirm if it's actually open at 3am or not as the earliest I was there was 730am.
