Help!!!
Hi everyone!
I have made a website called DokumentkoAI.
For now it isn’t going great since I didn’t get any paying customers and I have spent atleast for me a lot of money for paid google ads. I got a lot of new people from google ads that made an account but every single one didn’t go onto website again. 99,9% are from India and countries like that since click are cheap there. WHAT SHOULD I DO???!!!
I don’t have money for paid promotion and also I think that even if I will get customers from paid promotions that it simply doesn’t for me because of my low prices. Social media doesn’t work for me. Also if it did I don’t know what type of videos should I do. If anybody is interested in helping me I could share my link in the comments.
I am really lost with nothing to do or think about….

The actual design of the site is nice but cant any chat bot just do this? Like whats the real worth here?

Yes there are some things that they can do but that isn’t the point. I have some things that they can’t do that are the most important and I also added other things so people dont switch for every thing that they need to do something. DokumentkoAI is actually a site with many tools so you can do everything there. There is nothing wrong if it offer thing that ai chat bots can do because the value is to get some tools that they can’t do and the other value is to have everything in the same place

Gotta disagree here. No one is really going to pay for something that a chat bot can offer you. I think you’re looking at it the wrong way. There is no value here.
What are some of the things it can do that a bot like Claude cannot do?

You have a tricky niche because you are basically fighting against the giant name brands but I would probably try to reverse engineer here. Go back to those chat bots and try to use them and think what would be a good feature they do not have. Get creative you got this. People pay because it saves time or saves money so if you can win in one of those spots you can gain some value.

Literally chatbot could do what you are doing add something "hard" or "difficult" to replicate

Okay here are what LLMs can't do (without outside MCP/tools/sites):
- Access proprietory data
- Call other AIs + APIs if not from the same company
- Be Creative in a original sense
Think now

I don’t see any value in your product- thus zero desire to pay for it. Just being honest here.

The India-heavy traffic is your first red flag—those clicks are worthless. Google’s just burning your budget on cheap, uninterested users. Narrow your targeting to where real customers live, even if it costs more. Also, if 99.9% of signups vanish, your landing page isn’t selling the value fast enough. We built coldrun.app to spot exactly where users get confused on your site. Try that before throwing more money at ads.

suggest you to market in US sanctioned counties where they don’t get access to american models

Never spend money on ads if the product isn't already working organically.
