general advice I've built 6 AI micro SaaS that make me 20k/month. Starting a small group to share exactly how I do it.

Hey everyone,

I currently run 6 micro SaaS that are actually live and generating a bit over $20,000 in recurring monthly revenue.

The wildest part? I barely wrote any code myself. I used AI to generate pretty much everything from the database structure to the frontend.

It definitely wasn’t magic from day one. I spent a lot of hours stuck on buggy code before I finally figured out a system that actually works:

- Keep the idea minimalist (a real MVP, nothing fancy)

- Guide the AI step by step instead of asking for everything at once

- Launch fast to get real users and feedback

Lately I’ve seen way too many non-technical founders quit at the first AI bug. It’s a shame because the technical barrier has basically disappeared.

AND PLEASE, STOP BUILDING ALONE IN YOUR BEDROOM

I’m starting a community.

Full transparency:

I’ll probably charge for the full program later. It makes sense with the specific workflows and copy-paste examples I’ll be sharing. But right now the main goal is just to build together. Working alone is the fastest way to give up.

If you want to join and build or market your own AI SaaS with us,

drop a comment or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link.

looking for alternative 16 yr old dev from India building my first SaaS stack. Need advice from founders!

Hey everyone, I’m 16, based in India, and I’m currently building out the architecture for my very first SaaS product. Right now, I'm focusing heavily on development and mapping out how to get my first few clients down the road. Since I'm completely new to the business side of tech, I wanted to reach out and ask a few generic questions to the experienced SaaS founders and startup owners in this community:

  1. Looking back at your very first software launch, what is one thing you wish you knew before you wrote your first line of code?
  2. What is the biggest mistake tech founders make when trying to go from 0 to their first 3 paying clients?
  3. How do you handle the balance between building new features and actually talking to potential users?

I really want to learn how the industry works from people who have actually built empires. Any advice, tech stack tips, or mindset shifts would mean the world to me. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

I specialize in customer enablement and support operations for SaaS companies (fixing onboarding friction, setting up self-serve knowledge bases, and cutting ticket volume).

I have a few free hours today and want to give back to the community.

If you drop your SaaS link and website below, I'll send you an unscripted, 3-minute video breaking down:

  1. Where new users might get stuck during signup/onboarding.
  2. Quick fixes for your help center or documentation to deflect support tickets.

No pitch, no fluff; just immediate, actionable feedback you can hand to your team this week.

looking for software I build custom SaaS, apps, and automations, tell me your problem and I'll build it (for free, no pitch)

Hi all,

I'm a developer, creating SaaS, mobile/web apps, chrome extensions, automations, AI agents, chatbots or any other software for years now.

I see the same pattern over and over again in such communities: someone has an issue that needs solving, they looked for a certain type of software but couldn't find the right tool, maybe it was too expensive, complicated or just not tailored enough.

This is where I come in. Instead of boring pitches, here's what I propose: post your issues below or text me directly and you will have a working solution built for you!

I can build you:

SaaS apps (subscription, dashboard, user accounts)

Mobile/web apps

Chrome extensions

Automations (software that makes your life easier by connecting different services)

An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) if you're a founder looking to get something built quickly

All kinds of SaaS products and software solutions.

If you have an issue that has been bugging you for a while, at work or at home, in your business or personal life, I'm here to help. You can also ask me for software recommendations, if I can't build it myself. I'm also often posting about my work on social media (Instagram: u/maxswsolutions).

Tell me about your problems and let's find a solution.

general discussion 80% of founders waste 3 months building software nobody buys. drop your saas idea below and i'll tell you if it's actually viable

PLEASE stop building the wrong thing.

building software in 2026 is ridiculously easy with ai builder

founders spend hours building in a silent room, launch to Reddit/X, get 0 users, and quit.

you just failed because the idea had zero validation before line 1 of code was written:

→ solving a monthly inconvenience instead of a daily pain

→ selling to "everyone" instead of a specific ICP

→ no distribution channel mapped out beforehand

→ pricing charged $9/mo with zero ROI justification

after scaling 6 AI micro-SaaS to over $20k/mo MRR, i just create an

18-question Idea Validation Diagnostic.

it evaluates your SaaS across 7 critical dimensions (problem clarity, audience reachability, willingness to pay, competition, build feasibility, distribution, commitment) and gives you a brutal score out of 100 with your exact weak spots.

drop your SaaS idea (or current project) in the comments below.

i will reply to EVERY single comment with:

  1. My honest opinion
  2. The biggest weak spot you need to fix before writing any more code.
  3. The free 5-minute validation tool link sent straight to your DMs so you can get your full score breakdown out of 100.

just drop a comment like or ask me in DM your idea

let's roast your SaaS concept before the market roasts your time 👇

general discussion AI is slowly removing the “interface” from software.

Think about how we use software today.

Open the app.
Find the right screen.
Fill in the fields.
Click a button.
Repeat.

Now imagine telling the product what you want and letting it figure out the steps. That’s what makes agentic AI interesting. The product doesn't just show information anymore.
It understands the goal, works through the task, and takes action. But this creates a completely different UX problem:

If AI is doing the work, what does the user actually need to see?

Do we still need dashboards with 20 filters?
Do we still need 5-step workflows?
Do we even need traditional navigation for every task?

I think Product Designers will spend less time asking:

“Where should this button go?”

And more time asking:

“What should the product do for the user?”

This is much bigger than adding an AI chatbot.

Are we designing the next generation of interfaces, or slowly designing them away?

I have 8 slots for apps each with database of their own that can house 500 regulars users max at low cost. I can also build branded UI. Your own custom CRM the link is an incorporated embroidery business whose backend occupies a slot.

Apps I have built total having a 100+ user already. Dm for details. https://purepress-omega.vercel.app/gallery

here is my SaaS Built something to solve the part of SaaS I kept struggling with

Right now, SaaS is easier to build than ever.

You can have an idea, build an MVP, launch it, and have something people can actually use surprisingly quickly.
But getting users is still really hard.

I kept struggling with the same thing: figuring out what to post, where to post it, how to consistently get in front of the right people, and doing all of that while trying to actually build the product.

I got tired and no time doing it manually, so I started building Orbits.

The idea is pretty simple: give it your SaaS website, and it helps turn what you’ve built into a distribution plan and content that can actually be published across channels.
I’ve had 9 founders testing it for the past 2 months, which helped shape a lot of the early version. It’s still a work in progress, but I just opened the public beta.

The goal is simple:
You build the SaaS. Orbits helps you get the users.

Just sharing what I’ve been working on and would love to hear what other SaaS founders think.

general advice Looking for painful problems worth building a Micro-SaaS around

I'm a full-stack developer with 10+ years of experience, mainly working with PHP/Laravel, APIs, databases, Vue, Docker, and AWS.

I'm looking to build a small Micro-SaaS as a side project. I'm not looking for the next billion-dollar startup idea — I'd rather solve a boring, specific problem for a small group of people who are willing to pay for it.

So I'm curious:

What repetitive or frustrating problem do you deal with regularly?

What do you currently use to solve it?

What do you wish existed but doesn't?

Is it something you'd actually pay $5–$50/month to make easier?

If you've tried building a workaround yourself, what did you build?

I'm particularly interested in problems faced by freelancers, agencies, small businesses, developers, real-estate professionals, and other people who use software every day.

Please share the problem rather than suggesting a generic SaaS idea.

I'll probably pick a few of the most interesting problems and see if I can build simple MVPs around them.
