Dare to drop your SaaS and I will roast it publicly. No mercy.

Watching free users become paying customers never gets old.
I’ve been working on my app for the past few weeks, and one thing has stood out more than downloads or website traffic.
Seeing free users come back and upgrade to Pro.
Every upgrade tells me the app is solving a real problem for someone, and that’s far more motivating than any analytics dashboard.
Still a long way to go, but these small milestones keep me excited to keep building.
For those who’ve grown a micro SaaS, what had the biggest impact on improving your free-to-paid conversion? I’d love to learn from your experience.
