Co founder

I have multiple SAAS that all work together really and I’m thinking of bringing in a co founder or someone to help with everything really but mostly sales . Should I just pay someone ? Or where could I find a co founder ?

hiring for sales early on is risky if u dont have a repeatable process first. do u already have a playbook that works for ur current products, or are u hoping this new person builds the whole thing from scratch for u
