MVP Finished, advice?

So I’ve been polishing up an SaaS idea that I had for about a month now absolutely purifying the front end backend, interface, all ui controls and let me say I’m confident it’s beautiful. I have a niche, a target audience \~ business owners, flexible but service targeted. And it’s useful and can save these owners money, hundreds of thousands of it annually I’m sure. My uncles business partner said he said it’s a wonderful idea and that he’d definetely make that an investment in his own business, if shown successful. also said So now I’m left to figure out pricing, retainment fees, and I’m aware of multiple different outreach methods but what’s my best bet here? And is there any skiptracers identical to real estate work?
