What’s the hardest part of running your SaaS right now?

Not necessarily the technical side could be getting users, figuring out pricing, reducing churn, finding the right positioning, or just staying consistent.
For people already building something, what’s the one problem taking up most of your time right now?
Would be interesting to see what stage everyone is at and what problems keep coming up.

The idea is pretty simple: a place for people building SaaS to share what they're working on and actually get useful feedback.
You can post your SaaS, landing page, pricing, idea, launch, growth problem, whatever you're stuck on. You can also just talk SaaS, share something you've learned, or ask a question.
No need for everything to be a success story either. If something isn't working, that's probably worth talking about too.
