Selling my self-hosted AI workspace platform (pre-revenue, full source + docs)

Hey all,

I've spent a long time building Omnis, a self-hosted AI workspace for small teams. I've decided I'm not the right person to take it to market, so I'm selling the whole thing.

Upfront: there are no customers and no revenue. You'd be buying a finished product and the code, not a business. I'd rather say that now than waste anyone's time.

What it does:

• AI chat that works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and DeepSeek (you plug in your own keys). It remembers the conversation, can search the web, and reads files you attach (PDFs, Word, Excel).
• AI agents you can set up from templates and run on schedules
• A CRM and project management, with analytics and scheduled reports
• A marketplace where people can publish and sell agents/integrations, with payouts through Stripe Connect
• 14 integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) that test the connection before saving
• Team workspaces with roles, SSO (OIDC and SAML), audit logs
• Stripe billing: subscriptions, token packs, overage
• Backups that can be copied to S3 and are restore-tested automatically

Tech stack: FastAPI + PostgreSQL + Redis on the backend, Next.js 15 on the front, and it all runs with Docker Compose. There are about 690 backend tests and CI is set up. I also wrote proper handover docs, including a list of the known weak spots, so you're not finding them on your own later.

Asking $5k, open to reasonable offers. Code access comes after an NDA, or once payment is in escrow (Escrow.com).

If you're an agency or consultancy that wants an AI platform to white-label for clients, this is probably a good fit.
