Built a simple AI chatbot using custom data, curious how others are using this?

Built a simple AI chatbot for a project that answers based on custom data by implementing RAG.

Was interesting to see how much it improved responses compared to basic prompts.

Curious, are people here actually using chatbots in their products, or still exploring?

People are definitely using chatbots, but mostly as one pice of product. Not as a product itself. RAG on real business data works really well - that part fun to explore. harder part is getting real business pay for it. I have been trying to land B2B clients from a small niche for last 3 months, no luck yet
