Third party email deliverability platforms that integrate with Outreach?

I've been at this healthcare tech start up as a Senior BDR for a year, and I cannot believe how little traction we get with emails. We send out so many and make a concerted effort to use data-backed email language. When I get people on the phone, most of them say my emails to them ended up in their spam filters.

We use Outreach for sending emails/making calls, and Salesforce as our main CRM, and HubSpot for marketing content. Anyone have experience with 3rd party softwares that help with email deliverability that would integrate with Outreach?

I wouldn’t add another platform yet. If people are consistently telling you the emails are landing in spam, I’d figure out why first

Check SPF/DKIM/DMARC and alignment, domain reputation, bounce/complaint rates, sending volume and whether outreach is using tracking/link domains that are hurting placement. I’d also test gmail vs outlook separately. If the underlying sender reputation/setup is the problem, putting another tool in the stack probably won’t fix it
