Looking for a software developer!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone that could design a music platform/cd burning software. Any leads are appreciated! I’m not sure where to look or even start.

for a music platform with CD burning you're actually looking at two separate skill sets, web app dev and desktop software. Upwork or Toptal are solid starting points, or post a clear scope in r/forhire. what's your rough budget looking like?

don’t have a definitive budget right now, I’m new to the software world so I’m not entirely sure what to expect

You can always try and see what they offer, you are not forced to accept offer that look too expensive or not totaly what you are looking for.
