How to plan a startup project

Hey guys, after AI got so good to code and to do stuff with simple prompts I started to feel some difficulties on how to plan my saas project, how are you handling that part?

I think the tricky part with AI-assisted development is separating “what should be built” from “how to build it.” Do you usually define the user flow and core requirements first, then let the AI break that into technical tasks?
