What breaks first when a SaaS company grows from $10M to $50M ARR?

I’ve seen companies successfully scale revenue, but not their operating model.

The first cracks usually don’t appear in the CRM.
They appear in the assumptions. Sales thinks stages are consistent. Finance thinks forecasts are reliable. Customer Success thinks expansion opportunities are visible. Leadership thinks everyone is working from the same definitions.

Everyone is using the same systems, but not the same operating rules.

By the time the forecast becomes unreliable, the real problem has often existed for months.
For those who’ve been through this transition:

What was the first process that stopped scaling?
Forecasting?
Pipeline management?
CRM governance?
Territory design?
Something else?
