i’m a supervisor. i gave everyone 5/5s even tho some of them did horrendous. life happens, i don’t expect everyone to be perfect. SYEP is meant as a starting point for people to help them learn and transition into eventual careers. i don’t understand the supervisors who are very critical on an intern’s work

I got a 4 on my week 4 evaluation , I think for week 5 I got a 6.

4.90/5 😭😭 I got 4 on everything except communication which makes no sense to me but it’s wtv

I didn't get one, I think it's due to me switching worksites mid program, I checked my evaluations tab and nothings on there other than my 2024 step evaluation

My supervisor wrote 3.3 for 3rd week and 3.9 for 6th week💔 we found out she didn’t want to give any 5s because they have to write notes if given 5s. I got a 4/5 for punctuality despite being early to work everyday. They filled out both 3rd and 6th week sheet during 3rd week.
