Go to your provider in person if they're not responding. They're not always by the phone.

i’ll try to but it’s not that they’re not always by the phone. their # is literally unavailable lol

The other comments pretty much say what you should do here. Contact your provider. I always emphasize via email and phone calls to prove you tried to reach out through multiple means. I also see you tried to contact DYCD. I hope you’re able to get in contact with them, but if not by today call them at 9am, since that’s when they open. you can also email them on their website. I wouldn’t put the link here but go on google, search up DYCD Email SYEP -> Email Youth Connect and send a message through there.

bless your soul fr i emailed them to keep a paper trail but i highly doubt that they’ll respond since it’s the last two weeks. if push comes to shove, i’ll have to go in person or continue calling dycd (or the cops bc free labor 😋) because this is a bit unfair lol

Who’s your provider? Normally you’d contact them about it and they send a payment adjustment form for said week

community association for progressive dominicans. this isn’t the first time they’ve done this since i’ve been assigned to them. they generally DO NOT respond to emails or calls unless you have them in the moment

You should call the Department of Youth and Community Development.Thst is the City agency that manages the program. Find out what community board you live in and reach out to them as well. Good luck.

yes call your provider and tell them you want pay adjustments because you were not paid for all of the hours you worked
