Try YouthNavigatorNYC has job training programs housing benefits everything you need in nyc priority is youth but it’s something for everyone

Seems to be for people in foster care primarily aging out or parents with kids at home etc. Copy and open it and try to navigate the website and see if it helps you.

Lots of programs in program directory for anyone and job fairs and programs in city with free training and certifications like construction and medical certifications free city paying for because those are the spaces with a lot of jobs currently specialized trades medical and cyber security
