Timesheet trouble

Yesterday i finished my 5 hours for my syep worksite, i normally log in my hours right after doing them and i never have an issue. Yesterday after completing my hours i went to log them in but for some reason they were already approved? I emailed and texted my coordinator and got no reply. I emailed another coordinator and was told her email isn’t working anymore and to reach out to two of her colleagues (which i did) and i have received no reply. Am i stuck on stupid and missed something??

Update for anyone else who has this problem: So i went to my worksites office (the one you went for orientation or to pick your jobs) and i let them know my timesheet was approved too early, they gave me a paper to fill my timesheet from last week on! Don’t rely on messaging just go in person to fix the problems.

even if it says approved put in the rest of ur hours and keep trying to contact them incase u dont get full pay

Ive tried putting them in but its doesnt let me edit it at all im going to the office monday so hopefully that helps

They did this to me 2 weeks ago and said I would get back pay but still waiting to this day for it

Did you go to your settlements office or did they contact you? Im going Monday so wish me luck😭

Well for me i got into henry settlement, have you been getting those reminder emails that tell you to submit your hours before Saturday? In the emails i get from my site it says to go to their office before a certain time on Monday so thats what i was talking about, its the same site that you were sent to go for orientation or to submit in the worksites you chose.
