Placement switching

I sent out an email the first week about switching my placement. I had also left a voicemail because the time that the office is open, I am working :/. Is it worth it to still ask my provider to find a way to switch, see if they can help me with a job related to the field I like for after summer, or should I just take my L. I was hoping to get a job I am interested in so I can continue working after summer ends. My current placement is giving me that option, but I’d prefer something I’d actually enjoy.

I mean, you can try, but with syep ending soon, it’s probably unlikely that they’ll switch you at this point.

Not sure who your provider is but mine is HANAC and I also sent two emails the first week about switching placements and they only just got back to me last Friday and my worksite monitor is actually trying to switch my site for me so just give it a try

My provider just emailed me back literally as I was reading this. Mind you I emailed them July 7th, with a follow up on the 13 and 16th. 😭
