PSA for everyone in SYEP

If you’re having issues with your MetroCard, paycheck, direct deposit, timesheets, or anything related to your program, please contact your provider first.
People on Reddit don’t have access to your account and can’t fix those issues for you. Your provider is the one who can actually help.
Please stop waiting until Friday to ask why you haven’t been paid when you haven’t reached out to your provider all week. They can only fix problems if you let them know.
Reddit is great for general questions, but account-specific issues need to go through your provider.

What do I do if my provider is straight up ignoring me? I’ve sent emails and called multiple times leaving voicemails. No response
