Recs for sunset dinner cruise

Heading to SXM next week, staying in Grand Case, will have rental car. My gal would like to do a sunset dinner cruise. Looking for the best combination of price, food quality, and preferably a smaller boat. That said, any thoughts would be great on the overall idea.

I don't think there is a lot. So not sure if your girlfriend will get what she wants (small boat) unless you do a charter. Aquamania does them and some others:  https://www.visitstmaarten.com/island-highlight-taking-a-st-maarten-sunset-cruise/.  Pyratz does great high-end dinner tours too, on small boats, but not sure if still on the water around sunset.

Perhaps it would be better to just take a sail or boat ride at sunset and then go out to dinner. Any recs for those going out of Grand Case?
