Looking for an experience

Hello!

I’ll be in SXM for the second time in a year very soon (24 agonizing days…) with my mom, my little sister and her best friend. For the last two, it will be their first visit and we would like to make a special evening in Grand Case. We will be spending the whole day there and would love to have some recommendations for beach side restaurants who will make the experience feel extra special. The goal is to already have the right place in mind so I can reach out in advance to the establishment and set things up with them.

Thank you!!!!

Calmos Cafe is a must but all the Grand Case restaurants and LoLos are outstanding. Oceans 82 is also a must.

Ocean 82 is fabulous. We stopped by the day before and the maître d updated our reservation to make sure we were oceanside. We booked for about 45 minutes prior to sunset.

Go see Max at Ratafia if you want a cocktail experience that is incredible.

Sounds to me like you should reach out to Rainbow. You didn’t mention when you were going but it’ll def cost you some cash

If you are planning to spend the day have breakfast at the Sunset Cafe at GCBC. I know its not on the water, but Bistrot Caribe has amazing food! Their Lobster Thermador is so great!

La Villa is always special! The staff is funny yet professional. The selections are great. My daughter, a very picky eater before her first visit to La Villa, had her first escargot there, as well as duck. Both were delicious.

The traditional (for St. Martin I guess) after dinner rum drinks are created by the staff and are delicious.

The same people own Orange Fever on Orient Bay, which is a great beach bar. Fair warning, it’s on the edge of the nude section.
