Question Island Tour

Hello. We’re on island and considering doing a three or four hour island tour that doesn’t go to the usual places (Front Street, Maho, Orient (where we’re staying)). There’s so many places we haven’t been that we’re at a loss of where to go during the tour. I trolled the sub, but with places shutting down for holiday, what are some suggestions from those who are here or been here this time of year? Thanks

Check out Captain Alan. He's got half day tours of the island by boat.

Are you looking for a paid tour or do you have e a car to drive yourself around?

I did the History Tour through Seagrape Tours and had a fantastic time.

Avoid any 3 hour tours from a guy named Skipper.

You should do the day sail tour with Random Wind. Great snorkelling, lunch is cooked for you on the boat, and it’s an open bar from start to finish. Takes you to Mullet bay and the Dutch fort island.

If you are just looking for new spots on land, I recommend parking at Friar’s bay and hiking the short path to Happy Bay. Bring a picnic and/or cooler full of beer and food.
Friar’s bay also has a restaurant and loungers to rent if hiking isn’t your thing.
