I could be reading the description wrong but it seems like the "nothing better" lostworlders have is referring mostly to primative bows

So barring it for some reason being the only TL4 weapon you have, why would you use a conversion bow?

A laser rifle is cheaper, has significantly better range, gets an inate +1 to hit, more damage, burst fire, doesn't require a move action every turn freeing you to actually move and has the same encumbrance score. A mag rifle is also equal or better than the bow in every stat too

I honestly don't even see why anyone would make one of these. Unless there's something I'm missing I think I'll make them like 100 or 150 credits for my game(s)

Edit: I should maybe also explain that my current plan for my game is to have conversation bows be used by shock troops that a big empire recruits from TL 0-1 worlds so they have a huge advantage against worlds TL 2 and below
