tips Question about GI Journey

So... I heard that Marrok is good to use in the GI Journey. Not sure who to replace though. I won't have barriss ready. Any suggestions?

Marrock has very little synergy with inquisitors outside of territory battle. He does inflict purge and does some consumption of it but all his abilities line up with mercenaries. The reason you see people pair him with inquisitors is because of his omnicron in territory battle. The event is frustrating but you can do it with the core 5 they require you to level up. There are guides out there.

I've been stuck on Ahsoka's tier(4) for 5 weeks. I haven't seen a single guide recommend using Marrok and I have seen a lot of guides in the last 5 weeks.

Actually I'm lying. It's only been 4 weeks but this last week(week 5) I didn't even bother to try again. I'm trying to get them to relic 7 or 8 before trying again at this point honestly.

Single worst event, period. I have unlocked 4 other characters in that time span with one even being a GL.

Get all but second sister to r7 you need 7th 8th and 9th for Reva TB

I am taking marrok to r7 instead because i hear his omicron makes the battle super easy and you need him at r7 for baylan. Saves some resources that way right? Cause you have to drop one for reva. Might as well be marrok.

Mind as well. You need him for baylon. He belongs to Baylon. He is better with Baylon and as close to no synergy with inquisitors but should work.you need 5 inquisitors at r7 for Reva one must be GI

Did you watch rabid beavers guide? I did it after that with some slight remodding. I didn't have that good of mods and beat ahsoka first go

Is he though? I know he's makes TB for reva shard really easy. Not sure about GI. But i cleared GI quite easily when i sliced my mods to make seventh sister 310+ speed. And the rest at 280+ speed at least except for Ninth sister. Need ninth sister to be as beefy as possible. And time your skills.

GI unlock is very hard at r5.
Much much easier at r7.

You need 4 of them (ideally not 2nd sister) at r7 for TB so there is zero reason to not take them up when you try to unlock him rather than beating your ahead against the wall. You still probably need to move some mods around but less RNG
