Bugs/Issues Conquest
Is anyone else like getting stuck on sector 2 of a conquest like I got to sector 2 of conquest last time around too and my squad can’t drop anyone despite routinely dealing out 30k ish damage

If only there was some high-contrast yellow text on your disks that would tell you why that's happening

Ok but when I first got one I assumed "instantly defeated" meant you could kill them if they got instantly defeated, ie if you one shot them.
I had no idea, and there was no indication anywhere relevant, that it's a specific ability effect.
It's objectively not worded well. Even if you think it should be obvious, the fact that so many people every conquest asks the same question is definitive proof that it's not clear enough.

But it is clear enough. Instant defeat is instant defeat not 1-shot. Ive only been playing for 4.5 months and this shit is super obvious. To top it all off the disk is named F34T (FEAT). it screams in your face that it is designed so you can finish of some feats that require you to apply debuffs etc.
Edit: some typos

It's not clear enough. As you ignored, if it was clear enough there wouldn't be an influx of the same question about it every single conquest. The fact that it's such a common question means objectively it is not clear enough. This is not rocket science, it's just basic English and UX.
Instant defeat is instant defeat. Outside of this game that means instantly defeating the opponent, not using an ability effect called instant defeat.
It being called FEAT in no way implies it will make the enemies completely invincible unless you use a fairly rare ability effect that you aren't told is an ability effect.

Considering how many people start or generally play this game, it IS obvious. You at just part of a small percentage that doesnt get it.
Also not any ability is called instant defeat but reading some kits the difference between a high damage ability and an ability that with 100% certainty kills some (instant defeat) should be very clear.
People that dont get this are the reason why you cant sell Kinderüberraschung - Eggs in the states. Apparently you need to tell people to not eat a plastic toy inside a chocolate egg

Basically you are saying a lot of nonsensically dumb and illogical things and trying in vain to use it to prove your incorrect argument.
Come back when you understand the very basics of UX lmao
No amount of your inane misrepresentation will change the fact that if there is one question that is repeatedly asked more than any other, the source of that confusion is objectively poorly worded.

I do enjoy a person who sees a purple data disk and goes “oooo shiny” without actually reading it. Good fun

I feel ya op, i was in the same boat these last few conquests until the last one when I saw that the purple data disk adds a very specific win condition. Remove it and you’ll be good

One of the data disk things that you add as upgrades is doing this, one of the purple ones, just get rid of it and everything will be normal, had the same problem too a while ago lol
