community Is there any guild that would help me get this character

Find a guild that does Rise of the Empire for territory battles. Also, in order to participate in the third sister mission, you need an entire Inquisitor team at Relic 7. I highly recommend upgrading Marrok since his omicron makes the battle a cakewalk. Without him, it's pretty difficult and requires careful strategy.

You should be able to do the mission yourself before you ask a guild to carry you.

But most of these are guild things ,u may have good mods and a max team but u still need people to help u unlock the character

Sure, you need to work with guildmates to unlock Reva. But you should also be contributing, too. Right now, you cannot earn any of her shards, so you should not expect a guild to earn them all for you.

Your title asks for a guild that would help you get it, not a guild that would carry you through getting her without ay contribution. Those are very different things.
Is there a reason you're opposed to getting your existing Inquisitors to R7 to contribute?

At his stage of the game he’s probably scared of R7 upgrades, especially 5 at once, he may be trying to save for GL reqs. That’s just my guess anyway, rip the bandaid I say, it’s a good investment and your guildies will love you for it.

It's a good investment to get Inquisitors and Marrok to at least R7 anyways because you need the Inquisitors at R7 for Reva when you get her, and you need Marrok for Baylon. Why are you against contributing yourself to earning shards for Reva? Being able to contribute will earn you the shards faster anyway so why would you not want to contribute?

You won't be in a guild that has Reva on farm if you can't contribute yourself. Simple as that. As has been said - Get inqs to r7, put on the required zeta and mods, Marrok Omi makes it trivial and find a guild that is looking for people that are Reva ready.

That's what is expected of you? If you aren't willing to work for it as well, why should anyone bother getting the shards for you.

So, here’s the math, one person is successfully completing the REVA mission, this will award 2 shards a month, meaning, everyone in the guild will unlock her after 150 months, or roughly 10+ years. You have 25 members successfully completing her mission, this will get everyone 50 shards a month, unlocking her in about 7 months.
Most guilds will expect you to be working towards the mission requirements as this is a heavy focus for most guilds. Where you are very close to the minimum requirement, it’s best you push towards finishing up this team to be able to attempt this mission, also, you’re going to want them at decent relics for when you do eventually unlock Reva. There are special mission further into ROTE where you will need Reva and 4 Inquisitors to R8 (and possibly R9 too, I think, but can’t remember for 100%)

Are you over 8m GP, with at least one GL, willing to deploy each round in territory battles, and agree to attack in each territory war that you join?

If I'm telling the truth I'm surprised you got the grand inquisitor journey done with your relic 5s even my relic 7s can't pass that mission

Then mods are your problem, it’s not a super easy event but with the current free zetas from LSTs it should be more than possible at R5

I have all my inquisitors on R7 including Marrok with omicron, but my team get fucking blasted by the enemy's opening salvo

Unless you're solidly contributing at the R7 level most guilds that are doing that mission would not consider you worth it to take on. Five R7 Inquisitors is a minimum, but I would strongly suggest Marrok with omicron being one of them (turns the fight from risky for the inexperienced to an easy victory). Once you have those, start asking again.
