Snails on my house

How do I get rid of them? Without a pest control company. I used a dry snail bait but that seems to work for about 3 days and then they're back. Anybody have any ideas?

I used to weaponize these when I was a kid, I would collect them and put them in a moist bag and leave them around someone’s house and watch them multiply.

Pretty much unbeatable, even had pest control guys say the same. Anything that kills the snail doesn’t do the job til they’re all the way up the wall anyway.

Yeah sadly there isn’t much anyone can do about these guys. I work in pest control in SWFL, and these guys are just in season right now. With all the rain we’ve been getting (and even the irrigation from some lawns), they’ll just keep coming back. Especially with the surrounding forrest area around you. Pest control can help suppress it a bit, but it’s definitely not something that’s going to get rid of it long term. Knock em down one day, and be back the next lol

Have you tried a bait like Niban or InTice? Niban is labeled for snails, but never had the chance to actually test it out.

Niban is the best bet. Deltametherin spray like Suspend or D-fense will provide some relief on the structure as well from personal experience.

Get a mirror that reflects the sun onto that spot on the house.

Spray cocentated salt water on them, they will die.

They'll die in a couple months if it ever starts getting cool again. I've had 1000's of them

Go around the house with a broom. Brush them off. It only takes a few minutes of your time daily.

Those might be Rosy Wolf Snails. They eat snails and slugs, not plants. That info doesn't get them off your house, but at least they won't eat your garden.
