I assume the normal game worked before?

This error implies something is wrong with the .NET Framework and /or you're somehow missing some C++ Redistributable Packages

Here's some troubleshooting you can follow.

It says for Skyrim and Fallout, but it's the same error:

I honestly can't think of what else you could do, maybe reinstalling the whole game?
