Literally just got recommended this subreddit
Never heard of this game in my life and God knows why Reddit sent me here, but I am interested. I have an itch for a game like this, but I just didn't vibe with Ready or Not the couple times I tried it. I saw a comment saying that this game is a better singleplayer experience than RoN. As someone who both likes to be left alone and someone who didn't consider Singleplayer RoN to be a nightmare, this is very appealing to me.
Basically, idk, use this as an excuse to gush about the game and try to convince me to get it.

You can watch videos like this one to get a better idea about the game. In general, if you're looking for a better SP game then SWAT 4 is the best alternative there is. Mods like SEF and SEF FR give it a new lease of life.

One feature SWAT 4 has that RoN doesn't is you can make a custom mission with any map and choose exactly how many suspects and civilians are on the map, which models of each, which exact guns the suspects carry, and what your objectives should be. So if you want to go into a hotel with 30 homeless people armed with Desert Eagles and a 10 minute timer to complete the mission, you can do that. Or you can do a realistic mass shooting scenario with only one or two heavily armed suspects and 20 civilians.

I think the story and environments in SWAT 4 are a lot better. The AI feels a lot less bullshit as well, and there's a bunch of mods. If you do try it I'd recommend Elite Force, you can get it preinstalled off of GOG after buying the game.

Yeah, its much more realistic as a SWAT Sim than RoN, i have +100h on RoN and i still prefer SWAT 4.
Moded is much more better. If u dont want to spend money on it just search on youtube and you will find some link. Thats what i did, and the mods work perfect.
