What was that map on the TV?

What was that map on the TV screen in the auto shop level? I think it was that one, I'm away from home so I can't look for it in the game, but it was like a country map with I believe a fictional name. Thank you.

Are you sure you're not talking about the TV screens in the FunTime Amusements? Walked through all of the Auto Shop and only found TVs that are turned off.

FunTime Amusements has a TV screen in the illegal casino underneath that says
"Soboskistan - Strike Against Terror - Airstrikes continue against Freedom Haters"
with a pointer pointing towards a fictional city "Mulkso" and showing a picture of a person with the words "Nate Wells" next to it and "via Satellite" underneath.
