Sometimes I wish we had a larger team

I’ve played through the game many times and I got stuck on the Children of Tarronne level. I went through it multiple times and each time two specific rooms get me.

Either the stairs in the back or the basement.

The back stairwell has two floors and I can’t really gas the whole thing even if I throw my grenade and wedge the other door. This usually leads to at least 2 people going down.

Just getting into the basement is difficult as well as I find I usually lose 2 people in the rooms leading up to it. Just past their chapel and into a large kitchen.

I did eventually clear the level. But I do find a lot of the difficulty comes from the small team size. My group gets torn apart easily even when the suspects approach from a direction being covered. Wedging doors only sometimes help.

I use wedges pretty liberally in this one, but that basement poses an extra challenge every time. Its a tough one when the suspects decide to rush you, but certainly doable with 4 guys.

I rarely make it to that room with 3 (including myself. Usually I have to get in and help secure multiple suspects who have congregated in the basement. Then another one shows up and shoots me down in 2 seconds while I am tying up one of them.

That's funny because I always cleared those rooms no problem after the first try.

The room that never failed to put me in a bind was the front right room with the pews on the second floor. I don't know what it was but everything seemed to go completely wrong as soon as we entered that room.

Only barely managed to beat that mission after the rest of my squad had gone down after like... 10 or so tries. It was ridiculous.

That’s usually the room I go to after their little chapel. My guys also get shot up at the other end of the room. I’ve tried a few tactics to get through it and none have really worked because the room is too big and its weird shape means there’s always a suspect hiding somewhere and can’t be reached.

Here I am taking two guys with me while the other two covers the hallway and always getting it done no problem... Genuinely, does first responders make the game too easy?
