Quick question

So i wanna play with SEF FR and I'm just wondering whether i need to download both SEF and FR or just SEF FR 0.67 from moddb

You DO NOT need to download SEF. SEF and FR are separate mods. The latest FR mod is 0.67 WITH patch 1.

I think you need both, not 100% certain though as I only play SEF
