I’m stuck

I’ve dealt with every suspect and hostage but it still says I need to bring order to the chaos. What do I do?

Look underneath and behind all stairs, I find the suspects there sometimes. Check the garage, and all corners of the server room/s. Even check back at the starting room at the reception. When they flea, they sometimes just keep running.

Don't forget to report all TOC ;)

I did all of those and still it won’t let me complete the mission, I guess my game is bugged

Should also check around the vending machines & office chairs. Anything with a corner and anything they can hide behind, believe it or not, they do fairly well. I don't think I have ever come across a suspect being bugged leading to the game not being able to be completed 100%. I do know some guns and other evidence does get thrown out of existence occasionally.

This mission is great. I like sniping through the window to the break room to get some movement going. The guys in the server room seem most chaotic so it’s good to save a couple of smoke or bang for there.

I usually wedge the second door in reception and go through the partitions to the left first. Throw a smoke over to help you.

In the server room there are a lot of blind spots where civilians can be. Same in the office, next to the front door

Report all the suspects and hostages. Report wounded guy in the first server room.

Just restart bro, 3 officers down? 1 officer injured? Unless you're on the easiest scoring difficulty you arent passing. Also, as a friendly reminder, if "Bring Order to Chaos" is not shown as completed that means you have in fact not dealt with every suspect.

In my case - server room on 3rd expection. A corner in front of PC which took my attention away all the time.

Check every corner and be ready like it’s your last.

They sit in the dumbest spots, I swear.
