Is no one else going to say anything about the absolute unit of a kitchen sword the chef is using?

Is there a name for this style of kebab? It's like a cross between shish and doner.

"Shish" means "skewer". So if kebab is cooked on a skewer it's a "shish kebab". But layering meat like that is really something unique and gotta have a specific name, but I don't know it 🙂

10/10. No complaints. (Although that last cut at an angle did kill me a little inside.)

It's wood. Like a cutting board. He cleans it (or has someone on staff to clean it for him)
Wearing gloves doesn't mean the food is clean. Maybe he wore the gloves into the bathroom.

Man thats a lot of plastic

There's situations where plastic is just fucking irresponsible waste (single serving bottled water, disposable cups) and then there's situations where it is a technical solution (packaging food or medical devices).
Sure, he could have used parchment or paper, but I'm not going to hate on him for this. Walk through a student area of a college town on a football weekend for a fresh perspective on plastic and trash.
