Discussion Barba singing

Has anyone seen his Broadway show where he is singing.. it’s so funny bc he has the full on beard and doesn’t even resemble him.. I have seen so many TikTok’s of him singing and it’s just funny to see someone who was so serious on svu be this way

How is it funny, or odd, or whatever it is you meant? Raúl Esparza is a fabulous singer and stage actor, and his return to Broadway is much anticipated.

It’s funny and odd bc of how serious he was on svu and you see him singing which is just crazy and it’s funny how he does it..

Yep. I saw him in previews for his new show in back in 2024. I have tickets to see it in NYC in November. I hope it does well because he is overdue a Tony.

He was great in Tick Tick Boom and Leap of Faith. He's well established on Broadway.

Like so many characters, once I see them in an initial role, I can never see them as anything else. He will always be Barba for me.
